1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MolbikAI, a service provided and engineered by Caramol Technology LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or our AI generation engines.

2. Wallet Credits and Billing

MolbikAI operates on a Pay-As-You-Grow compute wallet model.

Compute credits are non-refundable once purchased and added to your digital wallet.
If Auto-Recharge is enabled in your dashboard, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your default payment method when your balance drops below the threshold you specified.
Free seed credits granted during promotional periods have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the specific business data, text, logos, and customer information you input into MolbikAI.

Generated Code & Assets: You are granted a worldwide, commercial license to use the software, UI, and code generated by MolbikAI for your business operations, provided your account remains in good standing. You may not resell the raw source code of the MolbikAI engine itself.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MolbikAI to build applications that:

Promote illegal activities, violence, or self-harm.
Violate third-party intellectual property rights or copyright laws.
Distribute malware, ransomware, or participate in phishing operations.
Attempt to reverse engineer the MolbikEngineAI architecture.

Caramol Technology LLP reserves the right to terminate accounts and take offline any applications that violate these guidelines immediately and without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

MolbikAI generates software using Large Language Models and automated compilers. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, software may occasionally contain bugs. In no event shall Caramol Technology LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the generated software.
