To provide our service, your text prompts and software requirements are securely transmitted to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. We hold strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with these providers ensuring that your private business data and prompts are not used to train their public models.

4. AI Training & Internal Usage

Caramol Technology LLP may use anonymized, aggregated platform data to improve the accuracy and performance of the MolbikAI engine. If you are on an Enterprise or Volume Pool plan, you may explicitly opt-out of having your generation data used for internal model improvements by contacting your account manager.

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may also request that we purge your generated software code and associated prompt history from our active servers.

6. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
